This outfit was one of three walking on the stage of Kotae Expo. It has waist ties, shirring, and a large pocket where phone could go and matching KC. There are also long shoulder straps the length is adjustable for different sizes. Inspiration for this dress was designers favorite dessert: Finnish strawberries with cream.
