I have created an outfit for a medieval festival. The under dress is made of authentic blue linen fabric. On the dress, there is a lacing on the back, and huge pockets were to put things like a phone. I made additional corset which has full metal boning, lacing at the front and the back and an apron. I used black and gold ribbon to decorate the sleeves and the hem, and the end of the apron. The decorative animal on the shoulders was saved from going to the bin.

This dress was made of red velvet fabric, and black satin. It actually has a “jacket” and a “skirt” part.

This is not exact creation of any specific era of history, more like my ideas and likes in an outift. There is a steel bones front of the ” jacket”, steel bones on the back. Side lacings, so the size is adjustable. I made a pelerine with wide hood, so even larger hairstyle fits under.

This outfit needs a hoop skirt.

“Aye, I believe ye, Sassenach. But it would ha’ been a good deal easier if you’d only been a witch.”

This costume has taken influence from Outlander -series.

I used tartan fabric, the bodice has lacing and steel boning. The back also has boning. This design is not exact example of the time period, more like my own version of it.
